Cask, Jan Primus. Aroma of floral hops, citrus and caramel malt. Just slightly hazy, orange-brown coloured with a thin, white head. Taste is a little sweet, quite bitter, floral hoppy, caramel malty and a bit citric. Bit watery body. Quite refreshing.

Cask at oliver Twist, Stockholm. Pours out in a clear amber colour. Deep aroma of fudge and wild raspberries, and red apples with notes of sulphur. Medium to big bodied with flavours of fudge, red berries, nuts, green apples and metal. Big and long-lasting earthy bitter finish with metallic undertones.

Cask at Oliver Twist, Stockholm. Brownish amber. Aroma of gooseberries and resiny hops. Fairly sweet and really fruity but with lovely soft, chewy malt character. Spun sugar is there, as is a wealth of hops. Above medium body. Long bittersweet finish. Really good.

Dover Beer Fest 2007. Opal fruits and an alcohol feel - syrupy sweet. Feels higher than 5%. A decent enough beer, though a little too much artificial fruit flavour and not sufficient hop balance.
