Clear medium amber orange color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel notes, moderate hoppy, citrus, grapefruit, orange, toffe light notes. Flavor is moderate to light light heavy sweet and bitter with a average to long duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20081231]

Mar 18, 2009 Cask handpull at The Old Brewery Tavern, Canterbury. Amber colour, lasting beige head. It’s a slightly cereally best bitter, some fruit on finish. It’s quite pleasant. A decent bitter.
