Picked this up from bevmo for 10.99 / 12pk. For that price you really can’t go wrong. Not a big fan of this brewery, but this one isn’t bad. Love the big lacing on this one, and the carbonation bubbles wildly in the glass. cool looking drink. not upset about this. nite! anders37 (4607), Malmö, Sweden

| 3.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | Oct 8, 2008 22oz "Bottled Aug 21, 08." Clear light caramel orange with a 1/2 finger off-white head, fair retention. Aroma of lemon and piny hops up front and some clean lightly sweet caramel malts. From the aroma it seemed like only aroma hops got used--not really bitter--but was pleasantly surprised with the bitternerness peaking around a 4. The flavor didn?t have as much caramel sweetness that I got from the aroma, either. Low to moderate carbonation with a medium body. A medicro IPA. | 3.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 14/20 | Oct 4, 2008 12oz bottle. Clear light amber with a lasting head. Good hoppy aroma, with grapefruit, herb, and sap notes. The flavor has a nice hop profile, with citrus leanings. Lean and dry malts. Pretty balanced, with no abrasive bitterness. Light body for an IPA, with smooth carbonation. Easy-drinking IPA, but pretty solid. Hawksfan17 (717), Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, USA

| 2.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 7/20 | Sep 11, 2008 For Widmer Breweries a great IPA, full flavor and bitter. Nothing exciting, though Halo is supposed to be astounding. A great cheap drink.
