| 3.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 12/20 | May 25, 2007 Nothing outstanding about this beer, but there is a good citrus hop character, fairly fat malt. The malt it probably a bit too caramelly, makes the mouthfeel a bit heavy. But it’s all cool, no complaints really. fly (1332), austin, Tejas, USA

I may like it far better when it’s on sale or free, but still. It sure as hell isn’t my favorite IPA, but for one that’s now given an affiliation with AB, I suppose that not fully sucking should be equated as a most positive thing? That I’ve had probably a case of this or more and still not seen fit to give this any deeper thought sheds light on my feeling that it rates no better than a middle of the road IPA. See: good if on sale .... kyzr (1123), Belgrade, Montana, USA

| 3.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 12/20 | Mar 6, 2008 One of the better IPAs I have ever had, the grapefruit and hops taste is very exacerbated but not to an entirely bad point. It is a different tasting IPA but not bad by any means. I would probably buy again BrandonB (87), Denton, Texas, USA
| 3.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 14/20 | Dec 11, 2006 Bottle. Nice golden/yellow pour that is a bit hazy with a small white head. Hop and citrus aromas with a crisp spice, hoppy flavor with a hint of malt. Wish it was distributed more here (soon). DTM (541), Winters, California, USA
| 3.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 4/5 | 13/20 | Aug 26, 2008 Bottle from Safeway in Medford Oregon. One of the milder IPA I’ve had. Still had that hoppy citurs taste but very muted. Very easy to drink and even on the palate, just not very complex. Good beer.
