Oct 25, 2002 Light gold color, A medium bodied beer brewed with potatoes. Sort of lager-ish is style. Not very hoppy. Good flavor, kind of mild. Smooth taste. Mouthfeel is full and round. Finish is smooth and clean. Aftertaste is slightly bitter. No alcohol bite despite being 7.2%. Interesting beer. Don’t think it has any mass market commercial possibilities, but its an awesome festival beer.
