bottle, a year or two old, i forget. reddish brown colour, some cocoa, fish sauce and caramel in the aroma. still a big hit of alcohol, not that much bitterness, some stone fruits, passable

Bottle. OK, obvious ale yeast. Toffee, apple, soy, caramel, bit sticky, with some noticeable alcohol. Not a favoured style, but it was OK.

A sweet chocolaty buttery nose. SMOOTH buttery toffee palate leading into the warming toffee finish, excellent!

Dark red pour with some lace. Candied nose. Sweet caramel flavors. It's a doppelbock.

Deep redish amber color, clear, with a thin white head that left before I got to it on the sample tray. Little aroma, very sweet, with fruity esthers. Wish I knew the ABV on this one, seemed fairly high, but hard to tell as it was pretty well masked.

Almost no aroma to this. deep ruby color. Flavor is rich with fruits and hops. A citrus ester was in deep in the flavor but jumped out at me in the end.

This is only available off tap I believe, at the brewpub. Starts with a nice clean and semi sweet flavor, but by the time I got to the bottom of the glass, I was having to work just to get the stuff down. Darker than I would expect, but something just didn’t line up right for this beer.
