Jun 10, 2004 Bottle. OK, obvious ale yeast. Toffee, apple, soy, caramel, bit sticky, with some noticeable alcohol. Not a favoured style, but it was OK.

Sep 1, 2003 Deep redish amber color, clear, with a thin white head that left before I got to it on the sample tray. Little aroma, very sweet, with fruity esthers. Wish I knew the ABV on this one, seemed fairly high, but hard to tell as it was pretty well masked.

Aug 18, 2003 Almost no aroma to this. deep ruby color. Flavor is rich with fruits and hops. A citrus ester was in deep in the flavor but jumped out at me in the end.

Aug 20, 2002 This is only available off tap I believe, at the brewpub. Starts with a nice clean and semi sweet flavor, but by the time I got to the bottom of the glass, I was having to work just to get the stuff down. Darker than I would expect, but something just didn’t line up right for this beer.
