Little to no aroma.
Light, fruity flavor.
I just don’t care for American Wheat Beer.

A foggy red colored beer with a low and creamy, fully diminishing tan head. Sweet candy/caramellish nose with loads of fruity hops. Pleasant notes of freshly baked bread and cookies. Light malty and fruity taste (apples. grapefruit, raisins and dates) Nicely balanced with bittering hops. Well-bodied. Nice all over. Thanks to Beer_2000 for providing this wonderful beer. | 3.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 14/20 | Nov 7, 2007 An amber pour with light head. Very good aroma of hops. Plenty of malt and very good bitter for the style. Mouthfeel is a bit thin not much carbonation. A pretty decent overall drinker. tronraner (1917), Seymour, Tennessee, USA
| 3.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 14/20 | Oct 15, 2007 Bottle. Pours copper with beige head. The aroma is caramel and some sticky hops. The flavor is sweet with some piney hops and a sweet finish. There’s an oddly earthy aftertaste. I could handle a few more IBUs, but it’s pretty decent tasting. | 2.9 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 5/10 | 3/5 | 12/20 | Sep 30, 2007 Bottle - Poured a darkish orange/amber in color with a small white head that quickly faded to a thin rim around the glass. Relatively low carbonation. Aroma is pretty strong of citrus/pine hops and a decent amount of caramel maltiness. Flavor is slightly sweet with caramel and toasted malts. Hops not as distinctive in the flavor profile as the aroma led them to be. Some bitterness in the finish. The finish is somewhat astringent, in an unpleasant sort of way. An OK pale. but kind of disappointing considering it is their "brewmasters release"...
