Commercial Description:
A creamy, flavorful Amber that's smooth and easy to drink. Drop Top is fermented by an American Ale yeast to produce beer with a clean flavor and fruity aroma. The velvet texture is from the use of Honey malt and a touch of milk sugar. The Magnum bittering hops provide soft bitterness, while Simcoe, a newly developed hop variety, adds unique hop flavor and aroma.

12oz. bottle. Clear amber with a lasting head. Spruce and dough aroma, with a hint of brown sugar. Minty, sprucy flavor, with moderately caramely malt flavors. Clean, medium-light body. More drinkable than their oktoberfest ale, but quite similar in character.

Ok beer. Would be great just to have around everyday or at the bar. I wouldn’t call it cream as adoes the description. Tastes like a plane ole amber beer.

Just an amber, the popular micro to prove you drink micros. Good and quaffable but otherwise meh.

Two words: Fat Tire. Great bottle and label - the dog totally captures my stupid mutt when he’s in the car - clear medium amber. Sweet malty aroma. Pretty drinkable, fruity, doughy/starchy mouthfeel.

355 ml bottle. Clear amber body with a nice, creamy off-white head. Aroma is floral, fruity with notes of caramel. Flavor is fruity, sweet, bitter, caramel. Medium body and balanced sweetness. Bittersweet finish. Total impression is quite nice, not totally in balance but very easy to drink.
