Mar 12, 2008 Pours light brown with a medium off-white head. Nut brown malt aroma with a hint of hops. Strong hoppy flavor with a little spice. A little sweet, it’s kind of a heavy beer. Overall, hoppy and sweet. Smooth flavor a little thick on the finish.

Mar 5, 2008 On tap, I was pleasantly surprised to find this in a so-so bar in a Mexican restaurant. I liked it, good sweet flavor and very easy to drink a lot of. Wouldn’t buy again unless I was at the same restaurant and it was my only choice.

Mar 1, 2008 I like a lot of the Widmer brews, but this is not one of them. It pours a medium amber color with thin head. The aroma is undistinguished and the flavor is, unfortunately, reminiscent of mainstream, big-name industrial brews. Come on, Widmer Brothers, you can do better than this!

Feb 10, 2008 12oz bottle. pours semi hazy amber-golden with thin white head around the rim. nose is a surprisingly somewhat big citrusy and grassy hop nose along with some toasted biscuit right behind it. flavor is citrus, honey dew melon, copper, muted toffee and biscuit. an odd flavor. watery and undercabonated. not the worst amber but its barely drinkable.
