Small tan head that mostly diminished, fair amount of lacing, no carbonation observed, transparent, and a golden hue. Nose was sweet, fruity, malty, note or two of hops, and a hint of caramel. Flavor was sweet, honey malty, fruity, mildly hoppy, slightly bitter, and clean tasting. Velvety smooth mouthfeel. Light body. Decent, easy drinking brew. Nothing outstanding was noted about this brew as it’s not a bad brew, just eh. cbkschubert (1974), Cochise Co., Arizona, USA
| 3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 4/5 | 12/20 | Jan 29, 2008 12 oz. bottle - Pours a clear amber color with a one finger thick off white head. Faint spotty lacing. Has a faint floral hop aroma. Flavor is light toasted malt and just enough hops for balance. Medium body. There is nothing wrong with this beer, its just that nothing sticks out that says there is anything good. A decent, drinkable session beer. Worth a try. Wegro (221), Fresno, California, USA

Not much flavor to notice, same with the flavor. Some honey sweetness is apparent, almost no hops present at all. GOes down easy and smooth but really doesn’t taste like much at all. the amber appearance doesn’t look much different than a darker pale ale also. I’d rather have a newcastle and I barely like that stuff at all. This was really boring.

| 2.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 3/5 | 5/10 | 2/5 | 12/20 | Jan 13, 2008 12 oz beer. Wow, this was terrible. Aroma of caramel. Dark amber color, weird, creamy mouthfeel. Flavor was brown sugar and caramel, and not much else. Very very light hop flavor. I suspect that this is aimed at the ladies. Or, the boys without the gonads. a10555 (125), West Chester, Ohio, USA

| 2.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 4/5 | 4/10 | 2/5 | 7/20 | Dec 24, 2007 Pours a nice head, with decent lacing. Nice copper/amber color. Definitely a creamy texture on the palate to it, almost like I am drinking milk. Aroma has a slight funk to it but it goes away after it warms which then changes to a toasty bread aroma. Not sure if I like the creaminess of this brew. I probably won’t purchase again.
