It has a delightful, easy to drink, flavor that is smooth, and a bit citris. It is very sweet, and is a very approachable Amber Ale. Great beer! Maverick34 (711), New York, USA

| 3.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 8/10 | 3/5 | 14/20 | Oct 9, 2007 Bottle. Dirty iced tea body with a thin foamy head. Nose-dusty, straw, slightly better than normal Amber Ale nose. Taste-dusty, lightly nutty, medium sweetness, light unsweet tobacco juice, good amount of seltzer, team sweet tannins, light dark spice, not quite a black pepper spice but close, citrus/lemon/lime aftertaste. Surprisingly good beer. Like a mixture of a good brown ale and an amber ale. Kind of artificial sweetener on the back end. That’ll cost it points. A very drinkable beer with some flavors that leans towards the sweet side. cathcacr (589), Portland, Oregon, USA
| 2.9 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 12/20 | Oct 9, 2007 Right off, still cold, it seems like a solid 3.4ish amber, appropriate for a light summer drink, but it does drop off as it warms and wateriness begins to take over. robforbes (1099), Bremerton, Washington, USA

| 2.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 3/5 | 5/10 | 3/5 | 10/20 | Sep 10, 2007 Pours transparent reddish amber. Aroma is nondescript -- pretty plain. Malty but not too sweet. Smooth finish, somewhat watery. Not my favorite, but OK. stock66 (7), Bay City, Texas, USA does not count | 2.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 2/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 9/20 | Sep 6, 2007 From bottle. Poured amber with little, quick dissolving head. First taste of apricots (!?). Nice start with a dissappointing, watery finish. Overall not bad. A good "lawnmower" beer.
