Malty but not too sweet. Smooth finish, somewhat watery. Not my favorite, but OK. stock66 (7), Bay City, Texas, USA does not count | 2.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 2/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 9/20 | Sep 6, 2007 From bottle. Poured amber with little, quick dissolving head. First taste of apricots (!?). Nice start with a dissappointing, watery finish. Overall not bad. A good "lawnmower" beer. troopie (903), USA
| 2.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 3/5 | 5/10 | 3/5 | 10/20 | Aug 19, 2007 Bottle. Poured amber with white head. Malty aroma. Some sugar and hops in the flavour, but the body is fairly watery. A moderately pleasing finish, sort of hoppy, but without much interest. This is again, a thoroughly ordinary bottle of beer. mrant (330), New York, USA
| 2.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 3/5 | 4/10 | 2/5 | 10/20 | Aug 14, 2007 Very watery initial taste followed by an unpleasant bitter feeling on my tongue. Overall not a beer I would drink often. VTHopHead (933), Barre, Vermont, USA
| 2.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 3/5 | 5/10 | 3/5 | 11/20 | Aug 11, 2007 Bottle - Poured a brownish amber in color with a small tan head. Aroma is malty and sweet with a small amount of hops showing through. Not strongly flavored. Hops show through briefly at the end and produce a mildly bitter finish. OK, but a bit disappointing... thedm (3836), Fort Wayne, Indiana, USA
| 2.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 3/10 | 4/5 | 5/10 | 3/5 | 10/20 | Aug 4, 2007 This draft brew from the brewery poured a small sized head of foamy finely sized white colored bubbles that were mostly lasting and left behind a transparent typically carbonated golden brown colored body. The mild aroma was malty. The mouth feel was weakly tingly at the start and at the finish. The mild flavor contained notes of malt hops and sweet. A decent one but not one that I would consider buying again. Bradrcr (781), Renton, Washington, USA
| 3.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 12/20 | Jul 22, 2007 On draught at Norm’s in Seattle. Aroma is an even malt/hop balance with light citrus and caramel. Appearance is light copper with a medium retention off-white head. Flavor is a malt/hop blend forward followed by caramel, citrus, and medium bittering hops. Mouthfeel is medium bodied with a med/high carb feel and dry finish. Overall, a lot better than I remember from earlier tastings, with good sweetness versus other examples of the style. psbrewlvr (15), Palm Springs, California, USA
