Pours a coppery amber brew with an average off-white head that quickly dissipates to a fine film and very good lacing. Aroma of grassy hops, some tropical fruit with a touch of caramel. Taste is smooth, medium bodied and light carbonation. Flavor of sweet caramel mult-grain malt with some light citrus hop character. Finish is light and a semi-sweet aftertaste. small white head that didnt hang around very long, very watery taste and finish.....even though has a watery hops note (reminiscent of a "light" amber beer) its drinkable..other that that, not much else to say about this amber beer . lb4lb (2011), Austin, Texas, USA
| 3.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 3/5 | 5/10 | 3/5 | 12/20 | Jul 1, 2007 Nice medium amber hue with white head that disappears fast. Smell of slightly more hops than malt and a touch of sweetness as it warms. Bright, lively inviting smell, similar to an IPA. Taste is smooth, creamy, and very muted malt and hoppy flavors, with only a tiny bit of bitterness. Finish is quick and mild. Overall, a very easy to drink watery amber without much depth or flavor. Just ok. hellbilly (1534), scottsdale über alles, Arizona, USA

Many if not most of the ambers I have had impress me about as much as women named Amber. It was malty. Okay. It didn’t have a bad finish. Okay. It didn’t make me hurl. Okay. It DID make me want to beat up Walt, but most if not all beers do. Why did Walt rush past me to eat sushi last Friday? That’s a far more important question and any meaning found in a rating I enter is sheer coincidence. badlizard (2373), Berkeley, California, USA
