Decent. rparsons157 (4), USA does not count | 3.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 4/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 14/20 | Mar 15, 2007 Yeasty aroma with a clear gold look. Light taste and good finish. Not a big fan of Ambers but this is one I favor. churchill00 (154), Austin, Texas, USA
| 2.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 4/10 | 2/5 | 4/10 | 2/5 | 10/20 | Mar 12, 2007 Straight out of the bottle. Smells and tastes sweet-but artificial, like it has some weird amalgam of additives. Hmmm, not too much bitterness, just a moderate hoppy taste. Pretty average. rmussman (906), California, USA
| 2.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 2/5 | 4/10 | 2/5 | 9/20 | Mar 5, 2007 Certainly below average. Expected more from Widmers but this really lacked any goodness. Hops were very weak and seemed stale. Wouldnt try again and a big disappointment after their wheat beer. LDawg (71), Rockport, Texas, USA

Very sweet honey flavor, smooth, very easy to drink not bitter at all. AleDrinker (1090), Sunnyvale, California, USA
| 2.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 4/10 | 3/5 | 4/10 | 2/5 | 10/20 | Feb 27, 2007 A bit watery for an amber ale. Not much malt backing it up. Not balanced. Not good. DrnkMcDermott (1865), Downers Grove, Illinois, USA
| 2.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 4/10 | 3/5 | 5/10 | 3/5 | 11/20 | Feb 18, 2007 Bottle. Bit of a yeasty smell. Nice enough amber color under a white head with some lace.Taste is kind of, just, there, sitting around. A slight creaminess to the malts, hops are just a blur in the background. This is relatively low in alcohol from what we’re used to drinking, but this needs just a slight kick of flavor.
