From a 12 oz bottle. Brownish, clear and no head. Smells sweet. Sizzling mild carbonation greets the palate. Pretty good kick without being very annoying. Decent beer personality without the rudeness of so many ales. Could drink again. Overall all-right beer drinken experience.

Jan 2, 2010 Tap at a local crappy sports bar. Pours a nice deep amber color. Very little aroma, some malts. Taste is pretty generic amber ale, malty smooth and no real hop character. Meh.

Dec 30, 2009 A fairly plain, middle of the road amber. No one flavor really takes over and make you notice what’s in the glass. Color is unremarkable and the aroma is pretty mild. Good but not great.

Aroma: Malts and some hops
Taste: Sweet malts with some citrus hops
OK beer that is drinkable, but nothing really stands out.

Dec 27, 2009 12 oz bottle. Smells of grain, caramel malt. Pours golden amber with minimal head, decent lacing. Tastes of sweet caramel malt. I think this is the sweetest amber I’ve yet to try, actually. Highly carbonated, finishes slightly bitter. Above average amber.

Dec 26, 2009 Bottle. Pours amber with an off white head. Lightly sweet toffee malt aroma with a hint of hoppy bitterness. Well balanced flavor with a light sweetness and a light bitterness in the finish. Decent.
