Jul 11, 2008 Poured a red amber color with a small, off white head that left light lacing on the glass. Aroma of light caramel, nuts, some wheat, toast, and light banana. Taste of caramel malts, nuts, some citrus, and a bit of banana, with a semi-sweet finish.

Jul 11, 2008 12oz bottle acquired in trade with cbkschubert (thanks!). Poured a medium reddish/amber color with a small sized off whtie head. Aromas of some wheat, toasted malts and light spices. Tastes of wheat, caramel, and light spices.

Jul 11, 2008 Draft at the brewery tap. A nut brown beer with a thin orange head. The aroma is sweet malty with primary notes of caramel, but also a light touch of wheat. The flavor is sweet malty again with primary notes of caramel, but also lighter notes of wheat, nuts, and hay, leading to a bitter finish.

Jul 10, 2008 Thanks to hopdog for sharing this one. Pours a lightly hazy amber with a golden notes and a smaller bubbly off white head. Aroma of caramel malt, light wheat, some banana and nuts. Flavor of some lightly toasted malt, caramel, some wheat notes and banana with a touch fo clove.

Jul 9, 2008 Amber pour with small off-white head. Nose of light banana and wheat. Flavor is roasty with wheat and just a hint of fruit. Nice mouthfeel and good body for a wheat. Just a touch of roast on the finish.
