Commercial Description:
A semi dry mead similar to a German Spaetlase Riesling. Meadow Mead has a floral nose, a slight herbal character and crisp finish. Excellent with spicy foods and pairs well with sushi.

Bottle. No head (still). Body is slightly effervescent clear light yellow. Aroma is light notes of honey, alcohol, lime zest, hint of minerals. Flavor is moderately sweet, lightly acidic. Finish is lightly to moderately sweet, lightly acidic. Medium body, syrupy/watery texture, flat carbonation, lightly to moderately alcoholic. Definitely sweeter than semi-dry, and not much by way of an aroma, but clean and enjoyable.
