Wild Blossom Meadow Mead

Bottle. No head (still). Body is slightly effervescent clear light yellow. Aroma is light notes of honey, alcohol, lime zest, hint of minerals. Flavor is moderately sweet, lightly acidic. Finish is lightly to moderately sweet, lightly acidic. Medium body, syrupy/watery texture, flat carbonation, lightly to moderately alcoholic. Definitely sweeter than semi-dry, and not much by way of an aroma, but clean and enjoyable.
