Commercial Description:
A classic version of a Pacific Northwest full-bodied Red Ale, the dark amber-colored brew uses three different Crystal malts combined with Munich, Harrington and Klages malts to provide a rich caramel flavor. Generous additions of Chinook and Centennial hops impart abundant hop character. Together, the malts and hops generate a tasty, rich and quite drinkable ale.

Oregon Brewers Fest. Dark amber color. Citrus and hopps aroma. Grape fruit like flavors with a smooth bitter finish.

Medium amber color. Medium head. Aroma is malty and slightly sweet. A medium bodied Amber/red. Malts are nutty and sweet. Hops are floral and touch spicy. Some what bitter for a red/amber, but it works nicely. Very smooth taste. Very smooth. Mouthfeel is full and round. Finish is clean and dry. Aftertaste is slightly bitter.
