Commercial Description: A classic version of a Pacific Northwest full-bodied Red Ale, the dark amber-colored brew uses three different Crystal malts combined with Munich, Harrington and Klages malts to provide a rich caramel flavor. Generous additions of Chinook and Centennial hops impart abundant hop character. Together, the malts and hops generate a tasty, rich and quite drinkable ale.
