Commercial Description:
Another perfect introduction to craft-brewed beer, the brilliant gold-colored ale tastes crisp and clean, with a well balanced malt profile blended with subtle hop seasoning. Northwest Pale and Munich malts combine with two percent flaked corn to provide the clean malt flavor. Willamette hops adds a spicy, resiny note, while the late addition of Cascade hops adds a floral note to this infinitely tasty brew.

Golden/orange color with white head, tangy malt flavor with some crisp citrus/hop notes, good for a session... quack

Med gold color. Small head. Aroma is grainy and a touch floral. A medium bodied blond ale. Malts are slightly sweet. Hops are a touch floral. Well balanced. Not as sweet or as bland as most blond ales. Mouthfeel is full and round. Finish is clean and smooth. Aftertaste is slightly bitter.

Almost no head, very tiny bubbles, nice lace. Golden yellow body, of course. Crisp, light, floral and mildly citrid. Pale malts prevail. A bit of a dry finish, sweet malt character overcome by cascade hops on finish. Pilsner like in many ways.
