AlabastorJones (762), San Francisco, California, USA Nov 28, 2003 Golden/orange color with white head, tangy malt flavor with some crisp citrus/hop notes, good for a session... quack beerguy101 (3861), Newark, California, USA Jul 24, 2003 Med gold color. Small head. Aroma is grainy and a touch floral. A medium bodied blond ale. Malts are slightly sweet. Hops are a touch floral. Well balanced. Not as sweet or as bland as most blond ales. Mouthfeel is full and round. Finish is clean and smooth. Aftertaste is slightly bitter. GermanBrews76 (667), Eugene, Oregon, USA Feb 23, 2003 Almost no head, very tiny bubbles, nice lace. Golden yellow body, of course. Crisp, light, floral and mildly citrid. Pale malts prevail. A bit of a dry finish, sweet malt character overcome by cascade hops on finish. Pilsner like in many ways.
