Commercial Description:
A malty Oatmeal Stout with some Classic Dry Stout qualities, the opaque black-colored ale features a smooth blend of malty sweetness with mildly dry characteristics due to the addition of flaked oatmeal directly into the mash. The full-bodied ale starts full, with a round malty blend of caramel, chocolate and light roasted coffee combined with hints of earthy dryness leading to a delicate toffee finish.

almost black with ruby red highlights, whispy tan head, slightly sweet roasted malt aroma, flavor has a touch of roasted and a touch of chocolate malts, bitter malt finish, lacking body and flavor for a stout - more of a porter

(NITRO) Very dark, almost no head. Well roasted with lots of chocolate & some caramel as well. Malts predominate by far. Good smooth mouthfeel, dry finish. A quality beer, but could use a bit more complexity.
