Commercial Description:
Goose Fact: The first noble goose showed up in the 17th waterfowl collection of British King James II. As the proud brewers of Wild Goose Brown Lager, we borrow back from the British, and the result is a true session ale brewed in the classic London style. Bottoms up, and be sure to recycle. IBU: 21

Quite nutty aroma, some smoke. No head. Taste is nutty, smoky and yet flat like the head. Might be quite good if it still had some carbonation left.

Bottle from Party Town, KY. Poured clear dark brown color with an average frothy brown head that mostly lasted with good lacing. Moderate toasted sweet malty aroma. Medium body with a smooth texture and flat carbonation. Medium balanced bittersweet flavor with medium bittersweet finish of moderate duration. Worth trying agian.

12 oz. bottle. Pours a nice amber brown with a effervescent, tan head. Roasted malt and coffee notes dominate the nose. Medium carbonation with a light mouthfeel. The taste is very clean with roasted malt, nuts, a little coffee, and a little hop bitterness. Overall very drinkable and clean.

Savannah, Ga. Habersham Beverage Warehouse - 12 pk - part of variety 12 pack. Dark brown pour, tight off white head. Good nutty aroma with hints of cocoa. Flavor has some solid nutty accents with some chocolate notes. Thickish, creamy mouthfeel - especially for a lager. Pretty decent.

Very dark brown...almost completely opaque. Thick, creamy head. Mild malt aroma. Faint malt taste in the front...slightly crisp mouthfeel. Hop bitterness quickly drowns out the back. Finish is long and tart. Somewhat more bitter than the style suggests, though not bad drinking.

Poured a clear dark brown with some orange highlights around the glass. The head was about 1" and a tan color. The head reduced slowly and left a light lacing. The aroma was very mild, not much to speak of. The initial taste was crispp & dry. A very mild sweetness from the malt developed gradually and ended with a somewhat of a bite. This was nothing special, just ok.
