| 3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 12/20 | Sep 11, 2009 Appearance: Pours a clear, gold body with a thinnish, wispy, white head.
Smell: Simply put, it’s a nose of light, delicate pale malts reasonably supported by some spicy, zesty hop notes.
Taste: Mild pale maltiness with just a small hint of crystal sweetness in the fore. Spicy, earthy hops with a minute addition of citrus. Fairly restrained bitterness throughout, but, don’t get me wrong, it’s more than enough to maintain control. Finishes dry with that (still relatively light) bitterness still lingering around.
Mouthfeel: Medium-light body. Medium carbonation.
Drinkability: Politely average! Don’t go in think it’s an Extra Pale Ale where it’s a pale ale plus a little extra. No, it’s an Extra Pale Ale where it’s a pale ale dialed down a bit. unclemattie (2442), Georgia, USA

Flavor is a simple malt, followed by a sharp, crisp hop bitterness. Slow drinking, not because it is strong or rich... It tastes like puke. zach8270 (2138), Henrietta, New York, USA

Aroma is mild and spicy with some good hints of citrus, floral notes, herbs, and some nuts.
