It still tasted nice and IPA-like to me. melvin980 (184), Pennsylvania, USA

Yes, egg farts. The taste was thin and sloppy. Hops are present with a little else. I have go give this another chance given it’s flatulant aroma. This can’t be the real beer. illinismitty (1800), Nashville, Tennessee, USA
| 3.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 14/20 | Jan 15, 2007 Bottle from Astor Liquors. Pours pale orange amber with some slight haze and an off white head. Aroma of lemon, toffee, and sweet grains. Thinner side of medium on the texture and mouthfeel. Very british like malt flavors of toffee and caramel, offset by mild fruity hops. Long mild bitter finish. Fairly balanced and easy to drink . I am surprised at the low ratings. This is not bad HumuloneRed (750), Portland, Oregon, USA
| 3.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 15/20 | Jan 4, 2007 Beer of the month club. 12oz. Bottle. Pours a clear medium pale with a white head and lacing. The nose has load of citrus and malt. The flavor is delivered by means of a balanced palate. Nicely made beer. theshocker (329), Marietta, Georgia, USA
| 3.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 2/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 14/20 | Jan 3, 2007 The goose is loose! This beer isn’t too bad actually. Hazy burt orange with a small head. Doesn’t look so apetizing. However, a healthy citrus and floral aroma picks up the slack. Pretty bitter, somewhat thin body with lots of hop flavor. I probably wouldn’t start buying it by the 6 pack but better than its 12.3 style % rating. vyvvy (2068), Hazelwood, Missouri, USA
| 3.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 14/20 | Dec 6, 2006 Pours light golden with a small off-white head. Very light color for an IPA. The aroma is similar to cream soda - odd. Medium body with a good amount of soft carbonation. Taste starts with some smooth pale malt with hints of caramel then some spicy hops that lead into the finish. The finish has spicy hops along with some woodiness and light, almost hidden, grapefruit. The aroma was nothing to speak of, but overall this was a respectable IPA. Turambar (11), Maryland, USA
