| 3.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | Mar 5, 2006 12 oz. bottle. Pours a slightly cloudy gold with a decent foamy head. Pleasant citrus aroma. Flavor is initially sweet, which I thought a bit odd for an IPA. Then the hops kick in, albeit lightly, for a somewhat bitter finish. Enjoyable and easy to drink. | 3.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 4/5 | 6/10 | 4/5 | 14/20 | Mar 4, 2006 There is no I in this IPA but that does not make it a bad beer. We had it with some spicy chili and it stood up well. This beer is a little on the sweet side.
if you want a hop bomb look elsewhere. Nice color (light amber) and fairly robust. Aromas of fruit and flavors of citrus as well. crazyvin (1254), New York, USA
| 3.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | Mar 3, 2006 poured an orange-straw color, white head no retention. Had a cirtusy aroma for the most part almost orange like some hops but they werent pine-like. It was really smooth to drink the malt notes were mianly citus and finished with a spicy hoppy bite. shadey (1501), Rochester, New York, USA
| 3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 2/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 14/20 | Mar 2, 2006 Clear orange pour with very little head of any kind. The aroma is sweet with a mild mix of hops. This seems to be more in the English style as the hops are far more mellow. The flavor and finish are clean and easy on the palate. The finish is really quite long and dry. I can appreciate this beer but it’s pretty standard IPA. RaginCajun (284), Dallas, Texas, USA
| 3.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 12/20 | Feb 27, 2006 Updated: Mar 5, 2006This is a pretty solid beer. The aroma is inviting, the flavor is delicious, and the palate is well balanced. It does not attack your tongue like other wildly hopped IPAs, yet it does have a distinctive taste that is similar to good spring water. While this is one of the tamest IPAs you can sample, it is certainly a very good beer. This would be a great sesssion beer. OhioDad (2491), Hilliard, Ohio, USA

Light floral hop aroma over grains. A slight citrus grapefruit flavor blends with grains and caramel malt. Finish is crisp with a touch of bitterness. Fair but not what I look for in an IPA. wlynn (2), USA does not count | 3.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 2/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 14/20 | Feb 25, 2006 Cloudy on first impression. A very drinkable IPA. I’d always answer yes to "Would you like another one?"
