DA (2473), Portland, Oregon City, Oregon, USA Dec 25, 2006 Light amber color with a small off-white head. Light on the wheat as most american wheats are, with a light honey sweetness up front. Nice dose of hops in the finish, lightly citrus, and adds a crispness to the finish. Smooth texture finishing with a light bitterness. Sham (1846), Seattle, Washington, USA Mar 9, 2005 Hazy yellow with big bubbles in the head and small spots of lace. Big hops in this one! Bitter and piney with some citrus. Lots of honey in the nose with the wheat. Malts float through the flavors with the wheat. Honey comes on strong with the bitter and citrusy hops. Smooth and wheaty finish.
