Some light honey aroma. This is extremely thin in flavor, more than even their pale lager. Unimpressive.

Draft @ Wild River Brewing and Pizza Company, Medford, OR. Pours a hazy yellow color with a small white head. Has a slighlty sweetish wheat malty honey aroma. Sweetish wheat malty flavor with some hints of honey. Has a sweetish wheaty honey finish with some hoppy hints.

Light amber color with a small off-white head. Light on the wheat as most american wheats are, with a light honey sweetness up front. Nice dose of hops in the finish, lightly citrus, and adds a crispness to the finish. Smooth texture finishing with a light bitterness.

Hazy yellow with big bubbles in the head and small spots of lace. Big hops in this one! Bitter and piney with some citrus. Lots of honey in the nose with the wheat. Malts float through the flavors with the wheat. Honey comes on strong with the bitter and citrusy hops. Smooth and wheaty finish.

Sampled draught at Wild River Restaurant, Grant’s Pass
Pale yellow color, light head. Nose of fruity hops & malts. Finishes dry but fruity. Decent! Excellent usage of hops in this.

On tap in Wild River (Grants Pass). Very pale yellow color with very small head. Very sweet honey taste, almost like mead. Lack on hop. But pretty good.

Tap@Wild River, Cave Junction, Oregon. Aaaah, the dreaded Honey Wheat, whenever i see the name ’honey wheat’ in a beers name, two words come to mind, bland and sweet. My opinions haven’t changed after having this beer. You can definitely taste the honey, but its not overly sweet, pretty bland and boring.
