Braudog (3463), Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates May 15, 2007 Draft pint at the brewery taproom; straw colored with a stiff head of white foam. Quite smooth and elegantly hopped, this takes on a Czech-like character. Very light aroma. Nice pils ... RB’erians stop hating good beers just because they’re yellow. May not be a Victory Prima Pils, but this yet another underrated, quality pilsner. (#2869, 5/13/2007) jgb9348 (1846), Arlington (Pentagon City), Virginia, USA Oct 10, 2004 Super light golden colour with a thin white head. Aroma of hops, pale malt and some sweetness. Medium-bodied; Astringent hoppiness with some floral tastes. Aftertaste clean and crisp. Overall, nice and fresh. I sampled this beer on 15-May-2004 at the May RB Party in Toronto, Onatrio. beerhugger (541), Oshawa, Ontario, Canada Oct 1, 2004 Well the very pale bosy didn’t draw me in very far but there was some small promise of hops in the aroma to do the job. The taste was clean but very thin in the mouth and while there was a trace of some bitter hops it was left lacking in the finish. Throw some more hops in there and beef it up a little and it would be even more drinkable - as is it does OK but fairly standard. tupalev (2311), Toronto, Ontario, Canada Jun 3, 2004 Clear yellow, huge fluffy head. Nice slightly hoppy aroma. Good clean and crisp taste, a great example of the style. Short slightly hoppy finish. A great summer beer. mr_kimchee (1414), Toronto, Ontario, Canada May 25, 2004 clear yellow, fluffy white head. clean malt aroma with very little hop presence. clean sweet malt flavour with good bittering hop. finish is nicely bitter. the beer could have been great with some more hop aroma.
