Golden color; creamy head. The aroma is light, with light cheesy touch. Good caramel flavor and quite high bitterness. Pleasant.

Deep blond color. Strange Amber beer, with a very light cookie aroma, dry mouthfeel, chocolate flavor (really?). Correct bitterness.

Feb 16, 2008 (Draught) Sampled on February 10, 2008, at the brewpub. Thin, quick dissipating white head with a golden body. A very mellow session beer. Little hops, nice oily malt but too weak and thin.

Jan 1, 2008 [793-20071102] Tap @ Wild Rose (Calgary, AB). Aroma hints at wheat. Clear, orange brown body with a long-lasting off-white head. Floral sweet initially, flavour is later a bit sour. Medium body. Interesting at first.

Nov 6, 2007 Draft at the brewpub. Golden yellow body with a small white head. Lightly floral, mild hops in both the aroma and flavour. Light bitterness to the flavour and mild pale malts. Smooth, average palate. 6/3/6/3/13

May 15, 2007 Draft pint at the brewery taproom; light amber with a very thin wisp of a head. Nice "beery" aroma ... don’t know how to describe it exactly ... I guess "casually malty". Very smooth and lightly hopped, but this is a sessionable goodie if there ever was one. Light bodied, but no shortage of flavor. Excellent!! (#2871, 5/13/2007)
