Commercial Description:
It is a light bodied ale with a distinctive raspberry flavor and aroma and contains 4.5% by volume. It is made with whole raspberries (not extract!) and its light hopping and refreshing nature makes it a great hot weather patio beer.

Really light colour, a vague amberesque thing with a slight pinkness to it. No head. The aroma has some raspberry, with light champagne notes. Very thin body. No bitterness at all. No malt, either, just a vague hint of raspberry. A whisp of a beer. Thanks to microakes for the taste.

Draught at the brewery
Hazy blond color. A quite simple ale with a very light raspberry aroma and a light raspberry flavor. Not for my taste.

Fresh raspberry character over lightly tart wheat. Clear, pale copper coloured body is topped by a low white head that recedes slowly to ring. Sweet undertone to the tart wheat raspberry combination that works quite nicely although the aftertaste is a bit "jammy" . Medium light body has decent carbonation that lightly prickles the tongue. Sampled on tap at the brewery tasting room.

Pale hazy amber colour with a thin white head. Soft raspberry aroma, light milky/creamy aroma with a bit of wheaty spiciness as well. Flavour is pretty good, tart raspberry and a bit of lactic acidity. Thin-bodied but very drinkable. Fairly tart and dry finish keep this from being cloying like many raspberry beers.

(Draught) Sampled on February 10, 2008, at the brewpub. Strange reddish copper body with a quick dissipating, creamy white head. Nose is mildly raspberry but the flavour is very bland as if each taste cancels themselves out.
