Draft @ JCs Bar & Grill, Bend, OR. Pours a slightly hazy amber color with a small off-white head. Fruity malty hoppy caramel aroma with some hints of grapefruit. Has a warming fruity malty spicy hoppy flavor. Sweetish malty spicy caramel finish.

On tap at Bailey’s taproom. Pours dark amber with a smooth white head. Freakin big malt nose, fruity, with a warm caramel character. This was like a barleywine in the sweetness, need a touch more hops to keep it from being cloying, a bit to heavy with quite a bit of alcohol showing.

On draft at JCs bar in Bend. This is the one to get! I was highly impressed -- this is a strong ale that kicks butt. I lost my notes so I don’t recall the details, but this was one to remember and I put it a clear head or two above their other options that day. Full of flavor with a serious alcohol whammy. Way to go guys. Now spruce up your IPA a bit. :)

On tap at Wildfire’s bar in downtown Bend, OR--Enjoyed this beer as the Boston Celtics clinched the World Championships! Go Green! Deep hazy brown-amber body. Thick, sweet, chewy, gritty, nutty, complex body. Big hops profile in finish This is a unique beast. Very nice!

Guessing on style here. Cloudy brown colored. Aroma is cookie dough, sugar, a touch of darker fruit, caramel. Medium bodied, fairly sweet but not overly so. Fairly unique flavor for a Belgian Brown (if that’s what it is haha) and balanced better than I expected.
