Clear orange pour. Some cherries on the nose and a small amount of soft malts. Very light cherry taste and a fair mixture of lager flavor.

Draught at the brewpub
Golden color; creamy head. A very unpretentious Amber Ale, no character, just at the end a shade of cherry flavor.

(Draught) Sampled on February 8, 2008, at the brewpub. Thin, white lasting head with a clear non-carbonated body. Slight orange tinge to the appearance. Nose is grassy with a thin flavour that sours with a poor fruity finish.

[819-20071005] Tap @ Wildwood (Calgary, AB). Bit of smooth fruity yeast aroma, possibly cherry. Clear, light orange amber body with a quick foamy white head. Fruity yeast flavour has a sweet cherry background and some leafy hop notes. Light-medium body. Not overly interesting but fun anyways.

Draft at the brewpub. Light amber-copper body with a small white head. Light fruity aroma, muted cherry notes. Flavour has tart wheat like notes that blend with sour muted cherries. Simplistic. Average palate. Meh.

Hazy deep golden amber, thin white head. Very sweet cotton-candy aroma. Sweet candyish flavour predominates, not really cherry to be honest. Lighter body, clean finish, not cloying. Not bad, but too artificial-tasting for me to return to.

Smooth but a bit watery. There was really no cherry taste, but it was lightly hoppy and sweet. Nice amber colour, and not unpleasant, but not great.

Light amber color. No significant nose to speak of. Little cherry flavor, weak dry cherry finish. Need to amp up the cherries in this beer.
