| 3.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | Sep 8, 2007 After the seasonal offerings of kolsch and witbier ran dry, they have treated us to this little gem. A hazy honey yellow with a creamy white head. Banana and a touch of vanilla aroma. Mostly banana in the palate, very subtle spiciness, and a citrusy tartness to the finish. Nice. presario (2983), Calgary, Alberta, Canada
| 3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 12/20 | Aug 28, 2006 Yellow and with more aggressive spice than Brian’s Wit. Just a touch of the butter notes that were in the Wit at the end of the batch. I hope that this one ages a little better. A nice refreshing beverage a week before it hits the tap. Surprising in that it is the same yeast as Brewsters new Hefe.
