12oz bottle. Poured a light and hazy golden color with an averaged sized white head. Aromas of grain, honey, and light spices lurking in the background. Tastes of grain, honey, bready/doughy and lemons. Thin body.

Clear golden with a thin white head. Aroma of dry Saaz hops and pale malt. Body is lightly sweet, but mostly dry and bitter with a tart finish. Too sour and puckering to be a good pils. Bland flavor could use a more refined body.

Golden color with a moderate off white head. Sweet malt and light band-aid aroma. thick, yet spritzy in feel. Maybe my taste buds are off today, but I had a bottle of this a few days ago and thought higher of it. Lacks a malt finish that I really enjoy in this style. This one seems a bit grainy. I have another bottle and will rerate in a few days if my impressions are based on a bad taste bud day.

12 oz bottle from the Brennans in Brookfield, WI. Snowy largish frothy head topping a clear gold body, moderately lasting...rather sickly-sweet malty nose, very perfumy, dogwood and honey, bit too much really...body also very sweet for a pils, some lightly metallic bitterness at the finish, reasonably crisp but not enough body at the end, perhaps just a bit stale and really quite dull. I didn’t expect too much from these Brennans beers despite Capital’s presence, but my expectations weren’t even met, sigh.

Picked up single 12-oz bottle at Brennan’s Country Farm Market in Brookfield, Wisconsin. Pours a clear golden pale blonde brew with a creamy and fast dissolving white head. Nice lacing for a pilsener brew. Aroma of white bread grain malt, a touch of grassy hops, and some light pear fruitiness. Taste is light to medium bodied, light carbonation, fruity, with some white bread and citrus zest. Finish is slightly bitter, a touch of lemon zest, metallic texture and a light biscuit & pear aftertaste.

Bottled. Poured a bright medium golden with about an inch of creamy white head. Nose was of pleasant sweet bready malts, honey, and the faintest hints of lemon. Flavor found sourdough bready malts, spiked with somewhat sour lemon and light spices. Lighter on the palate but never watery. Decent feel. I could drink this again.

Thanks to Skyview for getting this for the group. I finally get my hands on one! Gold color with no head. Light aroma of corn and Noble hop. Taste is slightly bitter. Dusty earth finish.
