| 3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 12/20 | Apr 12, 2007 Black body with a medium tan head. Shy dark chocolate, coffee beans and figs on the nose. Light body (but not watery) and soft carbonation with a very soft attack of darkened malts and figs. Evolving fruity flavours with the finish leaving a figs/dates after-taste. Almost no hops presence. Good but not very tasty. Everything about this little porter is very nice but also very restrained. Like a lazy talented football player this beer could have been a black superstar has it shown more intensity. Maria (6265), Thisted, Denmark
