Cask handpump at 3rd Wellington Beer Festival ’09, Wellington Arms, Bedford. Very dark reddish brown with a mottled beige head. Pencil shavings aroma. taste is rather soapy, like washing up liquid with a shot of espresso. Pungent bitter finish. If this is what elderflower tastes like, then remind me to avoid it henceforth.

Cask at Traditional Scotish beerfestival 2007... Deep black .. nice solid roast and rich chocolate ... rich fruits... deep flavour ... some chocolaten roast ... low carbonation ...full body.
