(bottle) Clear, pale golden colour with a small foamy white head. Slightly dusty and grainy malty nose with traces of fruity hops. Slightly sweet flavour with a shy level of bitterness, light bodied with a crispy carbonation. Pale malty, slightly grainy and juicy taste with subtle fruity and floral notes; moderately sweet, slightly grainy and fruity finish. Not very exciting. 02.XI.09

Bottled. A pretty light gold coloured beer with a minimal head. The aroma is zesty hoppy; there are good orange notes and various other citrus notes. The taste is hoppy and herbal. There are floral notes but also a bit of odd paper. Good although not perfect.

Bottle, The Cave, Glasgow. Somewhat underwhelmed by this effort. Poured a yellowy gold colour with a dissipating off white head. Aroma was vague malt and hop with a perfumed accent. Flavour a bit too restrained and insipid. A little bit sweet and floral, but nothing really leapt out and tickled my taste buds. Drinkable but disappointing.

Bottle 50 cl. Courtesy of fonefan. Pours a clear golden with a rough white head. Discreet aroma of malt. light body, fruit, a little ashes and a whiff of ginger. The finish is dry. 140509

Bottle from Tanakaya. Pours a clear golden bright yellow with a sudsy foamy head. Very nice bready smell with some floury scents and slight biscuit notes. Taste is crisp, clean and smooth...as I was enjoying this first sip, thinking "Ok, it’s a smooth lager...drinkable, blah blah blah..." then the finish crept up on me with a sweet cotton candy-esque softness of flavours: honeysuckle, blueberry, pancake, caramel, slight hops, nice carbonation. I loved this and am surprised to find the overall rating kinda low. I predict that I will be drinking tons of this stuff this summer. A new favorite.

Bottle. It pours a clear, almost golden body under a small, white head. Citrusy nose, borderline catpee, with some alcohol, spices and umami. The flavor starts spicy, then citrus, malts and umami shows up. Medium to full body. Resiny, bitter finish. A quite nice beer, pleasantly hopped, straight forward and easy drinkable. (090514)

50 cL bottle. Pours clear and golden yellow with a small white head. Aroma is spiced, fruity and floral hoppy, promises a bit of sweetness too. Sweet, floral to fruity hoppy and light spiced. Mild malt base. Lasting sweet and bitter hoppy finish.
