Bursts with so much citrus friut this could form one of your 5 a day! If only......

Pours a wee-cloudy yellow golden with a small off-white head. Limited retention, but ok lacing.
Aroma of apples, lemon and yeast.
Medium-bodied golden/Indian pale ale with an earthy, not too watery mouth feel. Medium to active carbonation.
Well-hopped ale offers the familiar mix of citrusy hops, aromatic malt and some herbal spices. Increasingly bitter towards the middle, with a strong, dry hoppy finish and lingering bitter after taste.
One of the best Williams brews I’ve tried yet (and I’ve tried quite a few), about on the same level as the excellent Butcombe beers (Blonde/Gold/Brunel-IPA). Interesting flavours in a well-balanced mix, very refreshing and certainly sessionable. Drink irresponsibly. :=) MoritzF (5029), Bochum, Germany
| 3.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 14/20 | Nov 17, 2009 (bottle) Clear, golden colour with a medium-sized off-white foamy head. Fruity and piney, slightly woody hoppy aroma with soft malty notes. Bitter flavour, light bodied but with length, slightly crispy carbonation. Mild malty base with almost complex hop flavours of , grapefruit, lime, tangerine, but also woody and delicately spicy notes; dry and moderately bitter finish with a fruity and mildly malty aftertaste. Very flavourful for the low abv. 17.XI.09
