STBF07. Beer of the festival amazing beer, this is currently being made only for bottling with tesco at the moment. It will be avalible to everyone else in 6 months time, unless you come to blackfriers in 2 weeks time wehn i may have a cask. Aroma is purely raw amarrilo an syrian golding hops with a good dash of elderflower. Taste is similar so hoppy delicious i would want to drink this all day, elderflower hop juice amazing!

Cask, Nottingham Fest 08. Hazy gold with a small head. Aromas are lots of spiced oranges with some cream. Peppery with alcohol. Flavours are hoppy with resinous oranges. Bitter hops with a dry finish. Some floral notes. Decent.

Cask @ Bishops Arms, Malmö. Pours a clear golden color with a small off-white head. Fruity malty and hoppy citrus aroma. Fruity malty hoppy flavor with some hints of citrus and caramel. Has a long fruity hoppy finish with a slightly bitter aftertaste.

Cask, Coventry Beer Festival 2008. Dark amber. Juicy citrus and floral hops on the nose. Tangily hoppy and orange-accented but on this showing, lacking the zest of it’s bottled counterpart. Too much grainy malt and alcohol. Still pretty tasty, mind.

Cask-conditioned at the Royal Oak, Bath, winter festival 21/02/09. Deep gold with a slight white head. Aroma of citrus hops with some sweet malt. Flavour started sweet, with grapefruit, oranges and a long bitter finish. Good.

Cask, Alloa BF 07. Clear golden, thin bubbly off-white head. Fruity hoppiness, orangey, lemony, lemongrass. Mouth is malty and harshly brackish, some chestnut tones and some floralness. Bit one-dimensional in the mouth, but with a really nice lasting sweetness to balance. Nice.

Cask, Rigbys, Liverpool. Clear n’ golden with a minimal off white head. Aroma was quite fruity and fresh with some decent hoppage, themes that continued on into the flavour. A wee bit lifeless and lacking real clout on the whole but not without some appeal.
