Arrives looking cloudy golden amber, with a thick white head. Massive cascade aroma, exrtemely floral and almost sweet. Incredible. Flavor is not as hoppy as the aroma siggests, but still bold and spicy. Solid malts with a big hop kick. I'd like the malts to be a little more apparent, with a bit more body, but i guess this is ASB, not ESB. Tastes like an IPA to me. Definitely bitter, although not up to Willi's bittering tastes for their IPA's (huge). Floral, light citrus, some estery fruitiness, light to medium carbonation, light body. Very nice accompaniment to their pizzas.

On cask at the brewpub. Clear orange with a white head. Lightly sweet malty nose, some herbal hop and light nuttiness. Medium to full bodied. Rather hopped up for the style, it works well - sweet malt with a penetrating nutty bitterness. Good stuff!

Definetly bitter. Strong flavors of spices and hops. some flavors of citrus but the bitterness dominates...

On cask at the brewpub. Pours amber with a creamy white head. Smells of juniper, malt, hops and some citrus. Tastes of berries, rosey and some light maltiness.

Im thinking my pint might have been from the bottom of the keg or something, bc this was very cloudy light amber/deep gold with a thin white head. Aroma was light herbal hops, tea, with some nice american citrus hops. Flavor is actually very big for such a light beer. The hops hit your tastebuds hard, throughout and leave with a harsh bitterness which I liked. Like most of thier beers, this one seems to be about the hops, so the malts take a back seat, and just provide a bit of a sweet backbone. Maybe the extra cloudiness of the yeast provided a nicer mouthfeel, but this was very full bodied and ultra-smooth. Very nice.

Pours a hazy amber yellow with a thin thick head, that leaves great lacing. Aroma is sweet citrus, grapefruit, orange peel, and floral notes. Flavor starts with some light sweetness and some nutty dryness, followed by some sweet grapefruit, bitter orange peel, and a dry piney finish. It’s like a cascade tea, drinkable beyond belief.
