Apr 30, 2007 If anything, I would’ve listed this as a Golden. It has none of the qualities of an Amber Ale. It pours a dirty blonde body with a slender head. It smells very mead-like - honey, honeycombs, pink grapefruit, and a soft floral bouquet. Enough sweet pale malt is added to the flavor so that you’re aware you’re drnking a beer and not a brackett. May 4, 2008 on tap-pours a foamy offwhite head with cloudy/hazy amber color. Aroma is faint spicy hops, medium malt. Taste is spicy hops, medium malt.

May 30, 2007 Pours amber with sparse off white carbonation. Smells of some earthy hops and sweet malt. Taste is slightly watery with some elements of roses and oranges. A bit on the weak side.

Apr 29, 2007 Pours golden amber iwth a short white head. Aromas of honey and grapefruit. Flavor is honey, grapefruit, caramel, and some brown sugar. Quite hoppy throughout and not too bad.
