argo0 (6284), Washington DC, USA May 25, 2008 Soft off-white head that leaves nice lacing, atop lightly hazed light amber body. Aroma is medium sweet, chocolate, rye, grapefruit, some caramel. Taste is medium sweet, chocolate, rye, grapefruit, some caramel. Light-medium body. Cornfield (4409), Oak Forest, Illinois, USA Apr 30, 2007 If anything, I would’ve listed this as a Golden. It has none of the qualities of an Amber Ale. It pours a dirty blonde body with a slender head. It smells very mead-like - honey, honeycombs, pink grapefruit, and a soft floral bouquet. Enough sweet pale malt is added to the flavor so that you’re aware you’re drnking a beer and not a brackett. Interesting drink.

Dark Lord Day 2007 at Three Floyds, Munster, IN, 4/28/2007.
jcwattsrugger (4087), Florida and, New Jersey, USA May 4, 2008 on tap-pours a foamy offwhite head with cloudy/hazy amber color.
