This was better than the Snowbelt and salvaged a downhill experience. On par or maybe even slightly better than the Railway Razz I hope this goes into regular rotation. It might not be a great beer but it for a basic drinker it is good enough.
Aroma / Appearance - The cherry is hard to discern in the transparent reddish brown body. Chocolate and malts are stronger than the hops which still make themselves known after some reflection.
Flavor / Palate - Cherries, brownies, and then a bright fruity aftertaste create a simple and predictable experience. It might not be the richest fruit beer but sometimes being low key is what you want. Sessionable at just under 5% ABV this is the standby wheat beer you expect to find at a brewpub. Rastacouere (5551), Montréal, Quebec, Canada Sep 29, 2008 Objectively speaking:
The black sheep of their lineup.
I like:
The fruit seems genuine, but…
I dislike:
Clear orangey-red hue. Hugely medicinal taste, powdery and plain odd. The off-taste keeps on in mouth, being more powerful than ever as you swallow. Natural fruits perhaps, but not so cohesively extracted.

Nice dark ruby color with small head and little lacing. Aroma was faint, malty and sweet. Easy drinker’s flavor was pleasant and balanced with good malts and definitely some noticeable cherry flavors. Good overall
