goldtwins (4079), Nesconset, New York, USA Oct 28, 2007 GABF 2007: Poured a clear golden color with an off-white head. The aroma was hop forward with grapefruit and citrus. It almost covers the malt. The flavor was a nice mix of malt and citrus hop. Dry moderately bitter rind finish. Lighter side of medium body. kp (8400), Woodstock, Georgia, USA Oct 21, 2007 Date: 10/11/2007

precodekeith (27), hamilton, Ohio, USA Oct 7, 2007 On tap - Medium head and lacing. Would have liked more aroma, but there was some citrus and pine there. Lots of hops on the palate. Crisp. A good IPA. shigadeyo (2210), Harrison, Ohio, USA Aug 14, 2007 7/20-21/2007: Willoughby Daisy Cutter IPA was one of my favorites at Ohio Brew Week. I drank several pints of it as did the friends I was with. The appearance is clear golden orange and the head liaves light lacing on the glass. This beer exudes grapefruit and other citrus in the hoppy and bright aroma. This beer is sweet on the frontside and wonderfully hoppy and citrusy (tangerine) on the backend. The bitterness is mild to medium and perfect for a regular IPA. The alcohol is pretty high (7.3% ABV), but none of it can be tasted. Daisy Cutter is a clean and easy to drink IPA. Super nice. My mouth is watering just thinking about this beer!
Draught (7.3% ABV, 75 IBUs) at The Pig Skin in Athens, Ohio during the Ohio Brew Week 2007. Rating #15 for this beer...
jmikolich (405), Athens, Ohio, USA Aug 4, 2007 On Tap @ BrewPub, this one is nice and hoppy, from nose to palate, a good smash of NW hops, pretty easy drinking IPA, but lots of good hop flavors, some malt balance but not too terribly much, fine by me, im glad to have this one 20 min from my house. DrBayern (1135), Morehead City, North Carolina, USA Jul 29, 2007 Growler from Sauce, the brewer at Willoughby - thanks a bunch for this Jack. Drunk on 7/28 and 7/29/07. Pours out a brilliant burnt orange with a nice off white head. Very nice fresh pine and citrus hop aroma backed up by some rich caramell, and even a little light stone fruit. Medium body and carbonation, with a pleasing resiny chewiness. Rich malty sweetness is quickly pushed to the background by the aggressive bitterness that leads to along, satisfying dry finish. Really nice IPA. Dogbrick (2816), Columbus, Ohio, USA Jul 26, 2007 On draught at 69 Taps in Akron. The beer is hazy orange-amber in color with a medium white head that has fair retention. Patchy lacing on the glass. The aroma is piney hops with a little bit of malt and grapefruit. Medium-bodied with a good bitter quality. Resiny hops flavor coupled with fruity esters and more pine. Just a bit of malt here as well. The finish is tart and hoppy and lingers awhile. All in all there is not much to complain about here, this is a solid IPA all around. mabel (2530), Toronto, Ontario, Canada Jul 9, 2007 [372-20070629] Tap @ Brewpub (Willoughby, OH). VERY hoppy aroma is a little sweet and has a nice orange rind tinge. Clear, golden orange brown body with a long-lasting creamy white head. Nice super hoppy flavour, mainly citrus. Medium body is fairly dry. Not usually a fan but this is pretty solid.
