Cask version from Christian 4-tal, Odense, based on tasting notes from 2005. Hazy yellow with a low head. Hoppy and flowery aroma and a dry flavour of citrus, oranges, grape and a bit of yeast. It’s excellent!

Sep 21, 2008 Medium coarse offwhite head. Hazy golden body. Delicate fruity citric floral aroma with wooden apple notes. Dry-sweet-acidic floral golden apple taste with citric orange notes. Soft, mild mouthfeel. Dryish dusty floral apple aftertaste with citric orangey notes. Very, very nice. (0.1l taster draft at EBF ’08.)

Aug 28, 2008 Draught @ SOPP, Helsinki. Clear golden, small coarse white head. Soapy and flowery nose. Chewy malty flavor, grassy hops, little grain, medium bitterness. Clean and light IPA, too sterile.

Cloudy pumpkin, small head. Sweet fruity aroma. Wet sheep taste in the mouth, but after swallowing there’s a lovely gentle malty body, and a bitingly sharp hoppy finish, almost anaesthetic. Palate a bit fizzy, accentuated by the hops. Very tasty on the whole, with a nice punch.

Jul 26, 2008 (Bottled) Very hazy golden-amber with a small head. Aroma of quite crisp hops, lots of pale malt and hints of berries. Orange-fruity flavor with bitter-lemony hops. Medium-bodied, soft-carbonated palate. A nice and crisp brew - probably suffered a bit of being sampled from the yeasty part of this bottle.
