Pour is dark with minimal tan head. Aroma of dark fruit, sweetness, and light malt. Taste is real smooth with some fruity notes, average malt, and a yeasty flavor. Alcohol is well hidden. Good brew. May buy again.

Jul 12, 2008 33cl bottle from Kingdom Liquors (Tampa, FL). Pours a murky dark brown to black with a thick and frothy tan head that settles quickly but still provides some glass lacing. Aroma is sweet malt, candy and brown sugar, molasses, caramel, bread. Flavor is more earthy with notes of sweet malt, caramel, banana, raisins, dark ripe fruit, and hints of molasses. Medium-bodied with a slightly sweet finish.

Jun 11, 2008 [1204-20080314] 11.2floz bottle. Banana bread yeast aroma with a bit of sweet roasted malt. Hazy, dark brown mahogany body with a quick foamy light tan head. Dark roasted squishy brown banana boozy flavour. Medium-full body. Very yeasty.

Jun 5, 2008 33 cl. Translucent dark brown with ruby highlights and a one-finger head that tries to last. Spicy chocolate and raisin bread aroma. Flavor starts with chocolate, caramel and dark fruit. A big finish of balancing dryness from earthy-peppery spice, roasted nut, and slight warming alcohol. Medium body is tingly, dry, and a bit too frothy with carbonation.
