On tap. Pours an amber color with a quickly disappearing head. Sweet aroma, vanilla and caramel are present. Malty body, sweet but not overpowering, lots of vanilla and spices. Smooth finish. Great for A-B, average otherwise.

This was sort of like a spicy Red. Hint of vanilla and spice, but watery and weak.

Draft. Pretty average. Obvious vanilla flavoring and some slight notes of whiskey. Thin mouthfeel that leaves you wanting more.

Tap at Meg O Malleys--Had to try it, so now I’m done. Nothing special, but still a nice change from regular ol’ Bud. The color was simliar to dark maple syrup and the brew had a small head with lacing that didn’t last. Definite vanilla taste with caramel finishing up, bit too watery. I had the funny feeling that I was drinking the pumpkin ale with vanilla instead of nutmeg?

On tap at Busch Gardens Tampa. Aroma is incredibly sweet and rich, with hints of vanilla. Pours a reddish brown similar to a Killian’s. Flavor is surprisingly complex for an AB brew. Vanilla and hops present, still an above average amount of fizz though. Re-rate: Tastes to much like syrupy extracts and metal. I was just starting to get into craft beer when I first rated this one.

a very sweet but decent tasting winter brew considering where it came from.

Suprisingly thick pour, caramel brown in colour. Sweet scent with a touch of vanilla. Somewhat odd taste, thick and sweet with lots of caramel and more of the vanilla. Very supprised this is from Aheuser Busch, I quite like it.

Not a bad attempt at a craft beer by a macro brewer. Vanilla and oak in the nose, no real trace of bourbon. Flavor hits you with the vanilla followed by malts and caramel. Creamy and mellow, easy drinking. Worth a try, but I wouldn’t buy a whole case.
