Grows on you like the flavour which starts a bit muddled with lots of vanilla, caramel and bourbon? Needs a stronger beer base. It is an interesting blend. shrubber85 (2995), Wallhalben, Germany

An artificial cherry flavor dominates - really hard to taste any thing else. LIght body. Not even the slightest hint of bourbon. A mess. SledgeJr (2983), Omaha, Nebraska, USA
| 1.9 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 3/10 | 2/5 | 4/10 | 2/5 | 8/20 | Dec 19, 2006 On tap at Trovatos. Orange-honey color with a huge head so big that the bartender had to pour it 3 times. Slight floral nose. Flavor better than buttwiper with a slight cor base. Odd essence of a Belgian wanna-be, quite different than a typical A-B product. Watery palate with no suggestion of bourbon at all. JK (2967), Richfield, Minnesota, USA

I didn’t know this was an Anheuser Busch product. The aroma has a lot of vanilla. Strange flavor; light bourbon and loads of cream soda, or, "pop" as it is correctly called in Minnesota. Light amber color with no head, and on the thin side for palate; but overall not bad. BMan1113VR (2943), Los Angeles (and Dallas), Texas, USA

Head leaves some lacing. Aroma of bourbon essence and oak with a bit of caramel and some banana esters. Taste is completely graham cracker with cinnamon. Slight banana, bread, vanilla and cardboard behind. Fizzy and watery thin mouthfeel. bb (2930), Martinez, California, USA

| 2.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 10/20 | Jan 29, 2006 $7 draught served in a plastic cup at Nationwide Arena. Clear dark amber color with a compact beige head. Decide lacing despite the serving container. Light malt and vanilla aroma. Medium-bodied with mild hops, malt and caramel flavors. Nothing I would mistake for bourbon though. The finish is a little watery and sweet. Not sure what the goal was here but this needs some more work DougShoemaker (2856), Toronto, Canada
