Average vanilla flavour. On tap at Old Chicago on special wednesday . Too much carbonation. Good attempt for a craft brew from Anheuser-Busch.

Bottle. Dark amber pour with medium-thin, off-white head that dissipates quickly. Oaky, vanilla aromas. Vanilla taste predominates and almost seems artificial. Weak hops at first, but a bitterness lingers on the palate for a few moments.

From Bottle: Has a dark brown color and aroma of caramel. Flavors of caramel with a strong vanilla overtone. Overall, not a bad attempt from AB as far as I’m concerned, but the vanilla does taste a little strong to the point of having some extract dropped into every bottle.

Bottle. I can really appreciate the attempt on this beer. It has a really nice vanilla aroma with a hint of spice. A nice dark "tea" like color. But where it fell down was the taste. It was almost right but was just off a little.

Pours a medium dark amber with a frothy off white head. Aromas of bannana, vanilla, with a hint of spice. Some of the aromas carry over into the flavor here with hints of spice and bananna with the vanilla coming through nicely at the end. My main disapointment was the lack of sweetness here. Average mouthfeel, though a little swooth. Slightly bitter end. Not bad all around.

AROMA Not a lot here. Some malt and vanilla and a little oak but all subdued. No hops noticed. APPEARANCE The color was a very nice Golden copper with no cloudiness. The head was offwhite about 1 cm but dissipated quickly with no lacing at all. FLAVOR Candy sugar sweetness noticed first with some of the malt and vanilla following. Some of the woodiness of the cask could be picked out but it did not stand out. No hop flavor or bitterness at all. Overall a bit watery and thin. Almost like it was over-filtered. PALATE Texture was decent and carbonation was good. OVERALL IMPRESSION There was nothing really offensive with this beer but it was just lacking overall. I have no problem drinking another, but Ive had better.

Not a fan of the maker of the beer but it was actually pretty tasty. Love the Vanilla flavor but after a few it gets kinda old.
