| 3.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 4/5 | 5/10 | 3/5 | 14/20 | Jun 3, 2008 I arrived home with a six pack of this beer, not really knowing what to expect. You can smell the vanilla in it, but it’s faint compared to the vanilla taste you get in the beer. Nice color to the beer. It definitely is not as bad as the overall percentile suggests. You may not love it, but it’s a decent brew. ericandersnavy (1137), crossroads, Texas, USA

The color is a very nice golden read color. there is little head that does not last and that takes away from the look. the taste is fairly decent a bit of smoke wood up front and a nice sweet vanilla finish. I kind of like it TreborWhip (100), Reading, Pennsylvania, USA

Hints of vanilla and bourbon on the tongue, but not much in the aroma. An enjoyable seasonal ale. Try it, it might surprise you.
