Wiru Kadakaõlu

500ml bottle.
Rich yellow, brief white head. Piney juniper aroma, crisp, and definitely piney. Fizzy in the mouth, and a little watery. On swallowing, there’s a pleasant, slightly gingery and junipery vapour filling the mouth and nose, and making the otherwise plain and boring lager taste quie interesting. Refreshing. Short spicy finish, but basically a bit thin and light. I agree with estpiwo here - probably a pretty good sauna beer.

500ml Bottle- Golden in colour with a small head. The aroma is quite tangy and fruity with some floral hoppy notes. Malty and refreshing taste with not much of hint of the juniper at first. The juniper then is more noticeable in the fruity finish. Not bad and quite inventive for an Estonian brew.

Bottle. Golden color. Strong juniper aroma. Some malty and hoppy tones in flavor, but juniper-taste is stronger. I don’t feel special Wiru taste in this beer. It’s good. Beer like juniper beer from Tartu (2-3 years ago). And good refreshing beverage after sauna.
