Medium dark golden amber color with a thin, lacey off-white head that dissolves quickly. Smell of floral hops very fresh but very light, it reminded me of a summery open field. Great creamy start to the taste, wonderful smoothness with some notes of fresh hops, fruit sugars, herbs and a malt balanced in well. The malt flavor in this cream ale is great, I really liked it. Smooth and good medium body feel in the mouth and around the tongue.

Rated from memory. From the bottle, without a glass, as I sampled this at a top-secret campsite located near Millston. Creamy, smooth, dry, and no aftertaste. A nice sessionable ale, which I drank about 25 of it seemed. Didn’t result in too bad of a hangover either :)

12 oz bottle. Looks like a cloudy cream soda with lots of bubbles. Thin bone head; good lacing. Surprising nose of Bananas Foster and toasted almonds. Substantial body with a little carb; surprise again. Woody, malty, nutmeg and lemon lollipops. Finishes with milky butterscotch. Quite nice.

Found this one bottled in Belvidere, Illinois. Hazy, medium yellow pour with a thin, white head, grassy, wheaty nose with a taste of walnuts and orange. Mouthfeel is distinctively creamy. Finishes dry and clean. This was very nice.

A clear sunset orange color with a medium frothy white head. An orange fuggle aroma. Slight malt, creamy orange taste. Quenchable.

I really miss the original brewery. Deep golden color with a two finger off white head. Light malt and mild hops aroma. Light fruit sweetness balanced by a a dry subtle hops flavor. A clean and refreshing cream ale.

A cream ale that doesn’t suck. This is indeed a glorious day. Hazy gold, impressive thin, spongy head with good lasting power. Nose lightly citrusy, a bit bitter, a mite creamy. Flavor rather good, sweet and creamy, milky, some hops for bite. Malts are vaguely chewy and sweet, honey-like. Really decent stuff, could see myself drinking a number of these in a row.
