Dark amber color. The aroma has some hop in the beginning, later it shows the expected malt and a touch of vegetables. It has a quite strong body, a bit oily mouthfeel, with a strong caramel flavor, some sweetness, correct bitterness; there is also a light vegetable touch that lets guess a non perfect choice of yeast; the alcohol is warming; light fruitness. Pleasant, maybe Mr. Vismara is slowly learning how to brew.
