(Bottle 50 cl) Courtesy of fiulijn. Hazy amber golden with a yellowish head. Solid aroma of roasted malt and rye bread. Fairly solid body, plenty of roasted malt and a solid bitterness ind the finish that also contains quite some alcohol. A nice and solid Bock. 130608

Batch 223
After 2 years, here we go again with a new Wismar beer.
Dark amber color. The aroma has some hop in the beginning, later it shows the expected malt and a touch of vegetables. It has a quite strong body, a bit oily mouthfeel, with a strong caramel flavor, some sweetness, correct bitterness; there is also a light vegetable touch that lets guess a non perfect choice of yeast; the alcohol is warming; light fruitness.
Pleasant, maybe Mr. Vismara is slowly learning how to brew.
